In 2019, we started a new project. Honorary Assistant Collector M S Madhavikutty IAS inaugurated the project on September 9, 2019.
The beneficiaries of the scheme, named ‘Akshaya Patram’, are those who do not receive free rations or other benefits from the government and those who are unable to continue their family life due to illness and various other financial difficulties. These families are provided with food grains every month for ten days. The project, which started with 10 families, is now helping about 100 families. The aim of the project is to provide food grains to 1000 families every month. FACE has given shape to dream projects such as educating poor children and building houses for needy people.
